AX Group rallies for Foodbank Lifeline Foundation in festive CSR drive

AX Group staff from across the various divisions came together to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, particularly those struggling to put food on their plate during the festive period. In collaboration with Foodbank Lifeline Foundation, our employees enthusiastically rallied behind their call to help alleviate food insecurity. Together with management, they contributed with a truckload of essential non-perishable items, packed in boxes purposely prepared for this initiative, ready to bring relief to those facing hardships.

The Foundation has been a lifeline for countless individuals and families, providing them with emergency seven-day nutritionally balanced food packs. However, the need for support this year is felt stronger than ever due to the continuous increase in food prices. At AX group we believe it is our responsibility to actively participate and help foster a society where every person has access to nutritious food and the opportunity for a brighter, more secure tomorrow.

Michael Warrington, CEO of AX Group, emphasised the significance of the CSR drive, highlighting the importance of such initiatives that “embody the AX spirit of compassion and solidarity, reinforcing our dedication to making a positive impact beyond our business operations”. “Our commitment to social responsibility is deeply rooted in our company culture and for this reason we consider giving back to our community to be not just a duty, but an integral part of who we are” he added.

The collective efforts of AX staff across divisions at AX Group, AX Construction, AX Care and AX Hotels amplify our ability to make a tangible difference and our commitment to building a stronger, more compassionate community.
