Joseph Vella is the appointed General Manager of the AX ODYCY Hotel, formerly known as the AX Seashells Resort which he was entrusted to manage in April 2009; following twelve years’ experience in senior posts in major hotel resorts in Malta.
He now heads the AX Hotels operations in Qawra which includes the AX ODYCY Hotel and its brands featuring Deck & Keel buffet restaurant, Sidestreet Lounge Bar, Trattoria Riccardo, Medusa Sky Bar, Minoa Mediterranean Fusion, Espresso grab-and-go, Mamacita Latino Bar, the award-winning Cheeky Monkey Gastropub, Cheeky Monkey Creperie and Cheeky Monkey Waters, as well as AX Sunny Coast and the Luzzu Complex (including the award-winning Luzzu Restaurant, Conference facilities and Luzzu Lido).
