Dr. David Wain is in-house counsel for the AX Group, providing the directors and management with strategic and operational legal advice, and dealing with all legal aspects of the AX Group’s function.
He furthermore contributes to the development of Group policies, procedures and controls and represents the Group in arbitration proceedings and cases before the Maltese courts.
Dr. Wain graduated with a Doctor of Laws degree in 2002, and was admitted to the Bar in 2003. He has also completed a Masters degree in Business Administration with the University of Leicester in the UK.
