AX Group welcomed the Leader of the Opposition Dr Alex Borg for a visit to the Verdala Terraces and Verdala Wellness Hotel in Rabat, offering an opportunity to present the vision and completion of this landmark development.
Dr Borg was greeted by AX Group Chairman Angelo Xuereb, Director of Construction and Development Denise Xuereb and AX Group Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman Michael Warrington. The delegation accompanying Dr Borg included Shadow Minister for Tourism Mario de Marco, Members of Parliament Ryan Callus and Bernice Bonello and PN general election candidate David Pace Ross.
During the visit, the AX Group team provided an overview of the Verdala development, which combines the Verdala Terraces residential project with the Verdala Wellness Hotel. The project represents one of the Group’s most significant recent investments and forms part of its long term strategy to deliver high quality developments that contribute positively to the surrounding environment and local community. During the visit, discussions also explored the broader role that thoughtful development and quality tourism can play in supporting Malta’s long term economic and social sustainability.
