Throughout the months of October and November, AX Group and all its sectors; AX Care, AX Construction, and AX Hotels in Sliema, Qawra, Valletta and Rabat, joined together to support Pink October and Movember through a wide range of awareness initiatives, educational activities, and team-led events. These collaborative efforts formed part of our ongoing commitment to promoting health, wellbeing, and open dialogue across the organisation. Each segment of the Group contributed in its own way, highlighting the importance of breast cancer, prostate cancer and men’s health awareness while encouraging early detection and timely conversations about personal health.

Europa Donna Malta visited teams across the Group, delivering insightful talks that focused on both women’s and men’s health. Their sessions explored the importance of regular screenings, understanding early signs, breaking down stigma, and being open about symptoms or concerns. These talks empowered employees with practical knowledge and encouraged a culture of health consciousness. Europa Donna also provided commemorative pins for our teams, which were proudly worn throughout the campaign period as a sign of unity and support.

Employees at the AX Group Business Centre continued their well-established tradition with the annual Movember Walk from the Business Centre to Qawra. Divisions also contributed donations throughout both months to support women’s and men’s health initiatives through collection boxes set up in their offices. Alongside the educational and awareness activities, employees across all sectors enjoyed sweet treats shared throughout the Group, from the Business Centre to our AX Construction sites.

These initiatives reflect AX Group’s collective dedication to fostering care, compassion and openness. By supporting Pink October and Movember together, we proudly reinforce the importance of awareness, early detection and mutual support for the wellbeing of all our employees.
