Palazzo Capua

Following the 1997 restoration, in 2005, the Palazzo Capua in Sliema was completely refurbished and is now operated by the Victoria Hotel management and used for conferences, receptions and banquets. It also offers luxury accommodation in duplex suites.

The Palazzo Capua as referred to by Thomas MacGill’s in his Handbook or guide for Strangers visiting Malta -1839 – “is a fine colonnaded palace built by a Russian banker, and the only building worth noting in the then village of Sliema.”
